Simply excellent coffee. I've enjoyed several bags from Lux Coffee Co. and all of them are delicious.
Fantastic coffee, easier to dial in than expected and really good flavor profile. Very subtle hints of orange and dried cherries with a nice syrupy body. I'm gonna need another bag.
Well named… I felt peaceful as I sipped on my Pax Americana watching the sunrise and listening to the birds wake up. It MAY have been the setting, but I attribute the peace I felt to the coffee.
