TLDR: Great coffee, helpful customer service
The coffee's flavor was excellent, and lacked the extra bitterness common with cheaper coffee. The whole office loves the smell, and the ruby red color is pleasing to the eye. Plus when I had a brewing question Noah cleared up ratios and grind standards.
Prior to tasting coffee roasted by Lux, I NEEDED to pollute my coffee with cream and sugar to make it palatable. Noah poured me a simple black coffee and it tasted GOOD! It was not bitter and it didn’t taste like an ash tray… Turns out, if the beans are not over roasted, more subtle flavor components remain and coffee can be enjoyed for more than just the caffeine hit. Highly recommend!

Love the freshness and taste, I’m a big fan of mochas, so I was hoping for more chocolate notes but this is not bad! I do pour over method and the reason I do 4stars is because it seems like the grounds want to clog up the filter towards the end of the brew, I have this issue with a few brands and maybe it’s my fault, but I like them overall!
