Trujillo Gesha

Exquisite! The tasting notes were so spot on. I brewed it on a V60 Switch. Immediately after brewing, the cranberry note hit with a hint of wine behind it. After letting it cool just a bit, the wine note took over with a touch of jamminess. As it continued to cool, it lost the tart cranberry and wine flavors and mellowed into the fresh hibiscus notes. This is definitely a coffee to be enjoyed slowly so you can taste all the various flavors that are more pronounced at different temperatures. It takes a great deal of care and skill to properly roast a Gesha without masking its delicate profile, and Lux truly nailed it. I will absolutely be ordering this again.

Separately we don't like it but mixed with the Cascavel that we purchased at the same time, thankfully it is very drinkable that way! We do love single origin Tarrazu coffee from Costa Rica that we get from Lake City Coffee, so this was an adventure to try since you advertise on our favorite NCP podcasts where we advertise as well :)

This is some of the best legit specialty coffee I have tasted. Phenomenal!
